Keynote:  Colleen Sweeney

What Patients Fear and Why We Need to Know

Ever wonder how nurses can work any harder, faster or longer to serve patients?

This presentation is not about any of that!

It is about working differently and seeing the experience from the patient's perspective.

Colleen Sweeney is the creator of The Patient Empathy Product.  Her groundbreaking work has helped hospitals and healthcare organizations dramatically transform their metrics and survey scores.

Allow Colleen's wit, energy and compassion to take you on a journey that will leave you with practical solutions and take-aways that can be immediately implemented in the classroom and practice.
