Tracy L. Thomas, APRN, MSN, CCRN, TCRN, ACNS-BC, FCNS Tracy is a Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist based in Phoenix, Arizona, working at the Mayo Clinic. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University, a Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and is board-certified as an Adult Health Clinical Nurse Specialist, CCRN-Adult, Trauma Certified Registered Nurse (TCRN), and a Fellow of the Clinical Nurse Specialist Institute (FCNS). She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Arizona State University and is passionate about advancing patient care and nursing practice, and improving healthcare outcomes for nurses, patients, and communities. Tracy has served in leadership roles with the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) and Sigma Theta Tau. She serves on the Scope of Practice Advisory Committee for the Arizona State Board of Nursing and is the current Government Affairs Officer for the Arizona Nurses Association.
