Are you planning on attending or wish to attend the ANA HIll Day and Membership Assembly on June 21-23, 2018? If so, don't hesitate to apply for the ANA Hill Day and Membership Assembly Scholarship. Scholarship Monies: Two $1500 scholarship awards are available to qualified applicants.

Purpose: The ANA Hill Day/Membership Assembly scholarship award is to provide financial assistance to the nurse to attend the ANA Hill Day/Membership Assembly on June 21-23, 2018 in Washing ton DC.

Eligibility:

1. Member of AzNA Nurse Educator SIG

2. Submission of an intent to attend which includes:

• Brief Statement of why attending Membership Assembly is important to you
• Description of ANA/AzNA involvement (events attended, positions held, etc.)
• Description of NurseED SIG involvement
• Attendance at AzNA Lobby Day(s)

***Scholarship award recipients will be notified on May 18, 2018 *** All materials must be received by the AzNA Chapter 6 President by May 14, 2018
