AzNA turns 100 years old in 2019!

Planning a celebration that spans a century is no small task! AzNA needs volunteers for our 100 years of Nursing in Arizona Timeline Project. Currently, several subcommittees are focused on finding information and images to help create a celebratory book and timeline display that highlights the accomplishments of nurses and nursing organizations throughout Arizona's history. Subcommittees include:

• Nursing Practice
• Schools of Education
• Nursing Leadership
• History of the State Board of Nursing
• Public Policy and Advocacy
• Specialty Nursing Organizations
• AzNA's History
• General Information/Compilation of all Gathered Info
