The Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) are collaborating to create infection control training for healthcare personnel and the public health workforce. The purpose of this collaboration, called
Project Firstline, is to ensure anyone working in a healthcare setting has the knowledge and tools to implement infection control protocols and procedures throughout their workday. We invite you to take our learning needs assessment survey aimed to capture your experiences with infection control training, your confidence in being able to effectively implement infection control activities, and your preferences for additional training. Responses will be used to make informed decisions on the development and delivery of future training and to ensure it best meets the needs of you and your colleagues. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete. Your participation in this survey is voluntary and your responses will be anonymous. There are
English and
Spanish versions available. This survey will now close on August 13th.
