The School of Information (iSchool) and the College of Nursing at Kent State University are conducting a research study, Project SHIELD (Supporting Healthy Infant Early Learning and Development), to explore ways librarians and nurses can work with parents and caregivers of infants and toddlers from underserved communities to support early brain development, learning and health.
As a first step in this study, they are conducting a survey of healthcare practitioners who care for families with children ages 0-24 months, to understand the different ways they support families with children ages 0-24 months. The survey should take 20-30 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous and the study has been approved by the Kent State University IRB. Take the Survey
