Looking for a ADON to Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day to-day functions of Nursing Department in a skilled nursing facility located in Sells Arizona. A beautiful remote location with excellent benefits, PTO, and compensation plan.   In addition to performing Essential Functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of supportive functions based upon the requirements of the organization. Assist the Director of Nursing/Administrator in developing, maintaining, and updating our written policies and procedures that governs day-to-day functions of the Nursing Department. Create written and oral reports/recommendations to Director of Nursing/Administrator as required.  Participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility’s quality assurance program for the Nursing Department.  Participate in Facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies as requested by the Administrator or Director of Nursing. Participate in developing, implementing, and periodically updating the resident’s written discharge plan. Must be ab RN and vaccinated.
