Nurses lack knowledge of best practices for precepting nurses new to a facility, new to a type or level of care, and/or new to nursing practice. There are many new nurses (less than 5 years of practice) who are now precepting other new nurses into various care settings, despite the lack of formal training available on how to effectively precept. This webinar will discuss what best practices are and will provide tools that can be used to implement best practices in nurse precepting.
