The Interdisciplinary Center for Healthy Workplaces (ICHW) at UC Berkeley was established to be a place where the public can find the resources and tools they need in order to create healthy workplaces. In order to do this, ICHW gathers knowledge from scientific studies and best practices across multiple disciplines and integrates this knowledge into a coherent picture of what it takes to promote employee health and well-being.
Over the past year, the center has developed a workplace health assessment tool which examines a broad set of organizational features that have been linked to health and well-being. By taking this anonymous survey tool, the center can identify which features of your workplace are either reducing or failing to promote employee health, well-being, and productivity. Please consider taking 15 minutes of your time to take the survey. The center has invited nurses nationwide and will be sharing the aggregate findings back to us. Help us understand more about your workplace.
