This year is the 25th anniversary of NIIW, April 27- May 4, showcasing how immunization improves the lives of infants and children.
CDC is hosting two digital events during NIIW:
- An #ivax2protect Twitter storm on Tuesday April 30th from 7:00-9:00pm ET. This event will be co-hosted by AAP and What to Expect.
- An Instagram Story Q&A on Thursday May 2nd from 12:00-2:00pm ET, during which CDC experts will respond to parents’ vaccine questions.

Dates and Locations Vary Across Arizona
The Arizona Partnership for Immunization (TAPI) is happy to announce that the 2019 registration for our FREE Training on Immunization Practice Strategies (TIPS) is now available! These are free training sessions that are offered to help improve immunization practices in both public and private provider offices. This is a great opportunity for all employees involved with vaccine delivery.

Working Together to Deliver Health & Hope. The 2019 Ambassador Board Strategic Meeting to help identify 2019 goals and network with other Ambassadors of the program. Our annual strategic meeting will review of how our Ambassador Board committees are structured and positioned to focus on areas of growth, opportunity and goals!
The three areas of focus we will be covering: Projects: Help grow our fundraising program to raise awareness and revenue to support the mission of Project C.U.R.E.
Procurement: Assist with securing gift-in-kind items including everything from medical supplies and equipment, to office supplies, to cash donations for supplies.
People: Contribute strategic thinking and expertise to the current and future work of Project C.U.R.E. while fostering a positive image of the organization to all relevant stakeholders.
Join us and hear from our President/CEO, Dr. Douglas Jackson and Executive Committee Members as we share best practices in supporting the critical need for medical equipment in the world.
