Educational Events & Research: 4-H Summer Camp Nurse Needed

Posted By Administration, Friday, March 1, 2019

June 17-21, 2019   |   Prescott, AZ

If you love to be outdoors, spend time around great kiddos, and are a registered nurse, you are just the right person for the job! Maricopa County 4-H Program invites you to summer camp! There will be approximately 80 children between the ages of 9-13 with several adult staff and teen counselors. We would love to have you join us! We are a non-profit organization. We have a variety of different needs. However, last year, we had the nurse administer medications and daily vitamins. We had a couple students with an EpiPEN for peanut allergies and a couple of kiddos allergic to gluten.

Provided: Meals, lodging, and free camp admittance for one child who would like to go to camp

For more information, please contact:

AzNA exists to support nurses and is seeking evidence to educate the legislators on the seriousness of this issue. If you or a healthcare practitioner you know have been assaulted in the workplace, please complete this 5 minute anonymous survey. This survey does not collect any personal information. Sharing your story strengthens AzNA's position at the legislature and provides support for nurses across Arizona. Take the Survey
