The 2018 Arizona Stroke Conference is a joint collaboration between all Arizona hospitals.  The Arizona Stroke Conference has extensive neuro stroke expert faculty presenting each day of the conference.  November 1st will be a focused symposium stroke education day for nursing, practitioners, therapist, EMS and stroke survivors with their care partners. November 2nd and 3rd will have a professional focus on stroke care. More Information

Arizona Institute for Healthcare Leadership

CONTINUING EDUCATION ACCREDITATION STATEMENT  In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by AXIS Medical Education and Rising Stars.  AXIS Medical Education is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team. 

 

Credit Designation for Nursing AXIS Medical Education designates this continuing nursing education activity for a maximum of 39 contact hours.
