ANA: ANA Chief Nursing Officer to Retire After 45 Years

Dr. Debbie Hatmaker is retiring after a distinguished career at ANA Enterprise, with her last day as Chief Nursing Officer on 12/31/2024. We are deeply grateful for her contributions. Though retiring, Dr. Hatmaker will remain accessible as the historical advisor to the CEO and boards of directors, providing valuable insights to shape our strategic goals and public outreach. Her guidance will be crucial as we move towards ANA 2040. With heartfelt appreciation, we wish Dr. Hatmaker the best in her next chapter and thank her for 45 years of dedication to nursing. ANA will begin the search for our next Chief Nursing Officer immediately and keep you updated on the progress.
