20 registered nurses who work full-time (36 hours or more) are needed to participate in a research study examining how nurses and patients with diabetes and their caregiver/family members develop and maintain therapeutic relationships where the needs and expectations of both parties are met. Nurses will be asked to participate in a 60-90 minute phone or Zoom interview that will be recorded for future analysis. Click here for more information.
