Educational Events and Research: ANP Job Opening

Opportunity with a busy neurology practice for a  ANP  who can manage our neurology patients in an outpatient setting, diagnose, treat and preform injections (Botox and trigger point injections). No prior experience in injections necessary, on the job training will be provided. No prior experience with EMR needed. Current Arizona Licensing in good standing and DEA certificate required.  No hospital or ER coverage. Competitive salary and benefits including time off for continuing education.

Educational Events and Research: Research Participants Needed

We are looking for 20 registered nurses who work full-time in any setting to participate in a research study examining how nurses and patients with diabetes and their caregiver/family members develop and maintain therapeutic relationships where the needs and expectations of both parties are met. 

Nurses will be asked to participate in a 60–90-minute phone or Zoom interview that will be recorded for future analysis. Nurses who complete the survey will receive a $30 e-gift card as a token of appreciation for their time.

An Institutional Review Board responsible for human subjects research at The University of Arizona reviewed this research project and found it acceptable, according to applicable state and federal regulations and University policies designed to protect the rights and welfare of research participants.
