Educational Events and Research: DHGE's MSN Program - Discount for AzNA Members

Our partner, Dignity Health Global Education (DHGE), has built a Master’s of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree program that is specifically developed for a post-pandemic world. This MSN program, developed with Northern Arizona University (NAU), includes a relevant and timely curriculum with sections such as ethical decision-making, strategic systems leadership, population health, DEI and care coordination.

Our partnership with DHGE allows us to offer AzNA members a tuition discount with 10% off degrees and certifications, making this program only $14,990.

Educational Events and Research: Virtual Diversity Career Hiring Event

- BestCompaniesAZ, a local employer branding agency and award promotion company specializing in elevating Arizona’s award winning workplace cultures, and Career Connectors, a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting professionals in career transition, are hosting a diversity, equity & inclusion virtual panel and hiring event October 12, 2023 from 9:00 to 11:30 am.  The free event for job seekers and career professionals will feature 14 award-winning employers who are revolutionizing workplace diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives within their company.  For details visit https://bestcompaniesaz.com/diversitytalks

 

The virtual event will feature four DEI panelist experts and prominent DEI companies recently recognized nationally for their diverse and inclusive cultures.  Many of these hiring companies have won recent workplace awards such as Diversity Inc Top 50 Companies for Diversity, Top Companies to Work for in Arizona, FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For® in America, Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion, and more.  There are over 500+ career opportunities in various fields such as healthcare, finance, banking, technology, software engineers, accounting, marketing, customer service and sales.  

Featured hiring companies include:

Educational Events and Research: Wound Prevention and Management Course

The National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy  is partnering with Kaleidoscope Clinical Consulting to provide a Wound Prevention and Management Course. This course offers an evidence-based approach to wound management providing resources and education that will help clinicians stay current with standards of care, practice legally, and provide the best patient care. This course provides 34 hours of wound related information and costs $1600. The cost includes the course, materials and the WCC exam fee. For more information, visit www.nawccb.org.
