ACTION at WORK

On March 12th, our partners at the Alliance of Nurses for Healthy Environments (ANHE) asked us to help at the Phoenix Route Zero Clean Care Standards Event to amplify our voice and urge the EPA to approve the strongest standards possible by the end of March.  Paloma Greenwald volunteered to represent nurses at the event.  Take a look at her phenomenal presentation. Notable NEWS

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) recently adopted rules to enhance and standardize climate-related disclosures by public companies and in public offerings. The SEC’s new rule is groundbreaking in that it requires public companies to make certain climate disclosures, mainly reporting greenhouse gas emissions, for the first time. Large public companies will be required to disclose their direct, or Scope 1 and Scope 2, emissions.
