Health experts oppose rollbacks of climate and clean air protections

In March, EPA Administrator Zeldin announced plans to repeal 31 critical EPA regulations that reduce air and water pollution nationwide. This would undermine health gains and progress made to clean up air and water pollution and protect Americans against climate change. Our partner, The Alliance of Nurses for Healthy Environments, is collecting signatures on a letter to the administrator expressing our grave concern at EPA’s effort to rescind dozens of pollution protections for millions, a direct contradiction to the Environmental Protection Agency’s mission of protecting public health and the environment and the expressed promise to ensure every American’s access to clean air. Add your name to the letter here.

Tell Congress to Vote No on Attacks Against Clean Car and Truck Waivers

Join us and ANHE in calling members of Congress to reject any attempts to use the Congressional Review Act to overturn the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) waivers for vehicle pollution programs, and any other legislation that aims to weaken, repeal, or undermine state or federal clean car and truck standards. Clean car and truck standards clean up our air, protect public health, and tackle the climate crisis. They need to hear from nurses. Send a message to your representatives here
