Join us for our 5th Annual Retreat for Nurses! Give yourself the gift of time. As a nurse you are busy caring for others, often times neglecting your own needs. This weekend will provide you skills toward maintaining balance and synergy of your physical, intellectual, emotional, spiritual, personal and professional wellbeing. Our presenters will lead us through practical skills and relaxation techniques that will build resiliency into your daily life.

Our Theme

Path to Resiliency - bouncing back from adversity with positive change. Come and experience interactive activities that will help you build resiliency in challenging situations. The weekend is designed to provide time to rejuvenate and reflect on finding purpose, setting realistic goals and navigating the environment to find the best you.

The Continuing Nursing Education Group is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)Commission on Accreditation.

FAQs

What can I bring into the event?

Bring comfortable clothing, tennis shoes, swim suit, hat/sunscreen, yoga mat, blanket, bolster, water bottle, journal and pen. We will be doing indoor and outdoor activities throughout the weekend.

What's the refund policy?

Cancellations will be refunded less $25 processing fee. Cancellations after April 13 are non-refundable.
