The Arizona Nurses Association (AzNA) is searching for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our organization in the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). You will be the leader of the association and, working in conjunction with the Board of Directors, will be responsible for giving proper strategic direction while creating a vision for success.

To thrive as CEO, you must be an inspiring leader, experienced in the areas of management and supervision. The ideal candidate will be able to see the “big picture” in a variety of settings. They will take actions to enhance the association’s financial stability while keeping the nursing profession in perspective, ideally with experience in fiscal management, budgeting, and forecasting. Central to the organization’s mission is political policy and advocacy, therefore you will be expected to demonstrate effective knowledge and skills on these areas.

The goal of the CEO is to drive the association’s mission and guide it towards sustained and long-term impact upon the nursing profession.
