As nurses, we know overdoing it with sugar is bad for our health. Excess sugar consumption can lead to obesity, cardiovascular disease, tooth decay, and type 2 diabetes...

BUT trying to limit sugar is difficult because it's omnipresent and has a lot of different names in most packaged foods 
— including salad dressings, sauces, breads, and cereal  it can be hard to pinpoint, even when you are looking!
