Stepping Up for Seniors is a 501 c3, non-profit organization committed to helping low income seniors and disabled adults (55+) overcome a medically related issue that has turned into a financial crisis. This assistance helps offset the required deductible, coinsurance, and copayments and helps meet basic needs associated with housing, utilities, air condition repairs, water heaters, and transportation. Stepping Up for Seniors responds to seniors' immediate crisis and works with seniors to prevent a future financial crisis through awareness, education, counseling, referrals, and partnering with community organizations that work together to establish a circle of resources for seniors. Contact Jolene LeFlore, Executive Director Stepping Up for Seniors.
