This course is specifically designed for nursing managers with responsibility for one department/unit/specialty with 10-100 employees to increase and leverage employee engagement and work culture to significantly improve operational results and successfully define and execute on annual goals. Approved for 18 Contact Hours. Capstone is are happy to extend a 10% discount for your members who enroll (and if they take advantage of the one-time payment option, versus a payment plan, they would save a total of 20%).
