A Causal-Comparative Study of Nursing Leadership in Professional Nurses’ Associations (PNAs). The purpose of this research study is to compare and measure the leadership characteristics of leaders and non-leaders in professional nurses’ associations (PNAs). This research study requires you to complete the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ), which will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes and a 3-minute demographic survey.
