This course has been highly praised by top United Nations negotiators (“original and effective”), by Pres. Carter’s former head of Conflict Resolution, and by the USMC’s former head of security. It is a hybrid course, combining the online video in which you’ll see 100% real incidents where violent attacks were successfully verbally defused re-enacted by professional actors, and in-person (socially distanced or via Zoom) practice exercises in which you learn self-confidence, control of your inner state, command and empathy. The video was filmed by someone who filmed for The Jon Stewart Show and ESPN, and edited by a nationally award-winning editor. So this is not your boring PowerPoint!
