Jacob's Hope is a non-profit organization that works to provide immediate short-term medical care between hospital and home for medically compromised newborns though focused infant care, parent support, and long-term connections. The organization would like to let the local communities know that they are open and prepared to be used as a resource for moms and babies in need and have employment and partnerships available for any medical professional that would like to get involved.
