The latest Future of Nursing report urges the nursing community to take explicit action toward strengthening diversity, equity, and inclusion in nursing.

While many organizations are striving to improve their DEI programs, many don’t know where to start. Health eCareers is launching a new survey to nurses and recruiters to baseline healthcare DEI programs by understanding where organizations are today and what is important for nurses to see within their organizations.
