The Muscular Dystrophy Association Summer Camp in Payson, AZ is currently in URGENT need of volunteers to make camp possible. Our camp is a cost-free overnight camp program for campers ages 8-17 that have been diagnosed with a neuromuscular disease. Camp is running from 6/3-6/9, and there is an option to split the week for medical volunteers if needed.

Medical volunteers work together to supervise and maintain the health and well-being of all camp participants so that they can enjoy a fun and safe camping experience. This includes dispensing medication, performing first aid, maintaining health and treatment documentations, being a part of the emergency decision team, and maintaining equipment and supplies.
