Pursuant to Article XII, Section 1.a, of the ANA Bylaws (as amended June 17, 2023), bylaws may be amended with prior notice at the annual meeting of the ANA Membership Assembly in odd-numbered calendar years. The Call for Bylaws Amendment Proposals is now open through 11:59 pm EST, Friday, December 20, 2024.
