AzNA: Help Us Honor Arizona's Fallen Heroes!

On May, 12, 2021 on National Nurses Day, AzNA held its first annual tribute to honor the fallen nurses and healthcare heroes of Arizona. In preparation for the tribute of 2022, we ask that you consider submitting the names of any nurses that have lost their lives during the pandemic so that we may honor them appropriately. AzNA: Two New Scholarship Opportunities!

AzNA Nurse Educator Chapter 6 is offering two new scholarship opportunities. The Educator Seeking Higher Degree Scholarship is for a nursing faculty individual enrolled in a graduate (MSN or DNP/PhD) program. Applicants for this scholarship must be members of both AzNA and Chapter 6. The Future Nurse Educator Scholarship is for a nursing student enrolled in a graduate program with a nursing education focus. Applicants for this scholarship should be AzNA members. Both scholarships award $1000. More information.

ANA: Renewing Our Efforts in the Fight Against COVID-19!

With the surge of the Delta Variant, ANA's top priority remains protecting the American people from COVID-19. ANA wants to remind us that it is important to consider and use all prevention strategies available, including vaccination, masking, social distancing, testing, quarantine and isolation and contact tracing. ANA: 2021-2022 ANA Mentorship Program

The ANA Mentorship Program Class of 2021-2022 is now accepting applications through September 12. This is a free program reserved only for ANA Members. Mentors and Mentees are matched based on years of experience and will work towards achieving professional goals together. If you enroll as a Mentee, we have Mentors that are ready to offer guidance with increasing confidence, transitioning into management, enhancing business acumen and more! If you enroll as a Mentor, we have Mentees that are eager to learn from your experience and you’ll be giving back to the profession.
