Reflections on Self Care for nurses and people

Good Morning!

 

Confessions - Been meditating only once a day and...... not every day for the last week -

Awareness - Noticing that If I actually do what I plan to do it feels good and then I have mixed emotions about feeling good and actually being successful - realizing that there is long genetic family history of life needing to  be hard and a struggle and difficult.........  allowing myself to let that go and be free and happy just becasue......

 

Joyfully committing to continuing the self care process daily and making me a priority - 

 

How about you?  Have any of you experienced difficulty with the "simple 1,2,3," steps to self care......  Please share we will all benefit!  We are better together!
