As a nurse, you already know what you eat can drastically impact your mood and levels of energy. During times of stress, this becomes more important than ever. You know what you should be eating to nourish your body. Now's a great time to put that knowledge into practice.

Take 5 minutes every few days to do a brief body scan
Awareness of feelings and sensations in the body can lead to an increased ability to function with stress, tension, or pain.
