WelcomeThe Central Arizona Chapter offers professional
development, scholarships, mentorship and community service opportunities. The chapter was created to serve central Arizona area professional nurses. The chapter is devoted to identifying the specific needs of its members so that
program activities support their desired professional growth and development.

Ways to Get Involved
Serve on a board: The Board of Directors reports and is accountable to the AzNA membership. The board responsibilities are listed in detail within the bylaws and include governing the association, establishing policies and procedures, ensuring adequate resources, selecting and evaluating the executive director, determining and monitoring programs and services, and ensuring the fiscal security of the association. Board meetings are approximately every six weeks. Members of the Board sit on other committees and have other non-committee responsibilities.
