Salina is a member of the senior leadership team of Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation at Arizona State University. I have been a nurse for many years and have been involved with the Arizona State Nurses Association for 15 years. For the last few years I have been involved on the AZNA board on the Bylaws Committee and as the AZ delegate for Membership Assembely. I was the President of the "old Chapter 1" prior to the merger of Chapter 1 and Chapter 30 to create the new and improved Central AZ Chapter 1.
I am a nurse educator and love to educate nurses. I live in Phoenix with my 11 year old little girl, my husband and our little dog plus two desert tortoises. I'm happy to serve!

|  | Erica Lee is a clinical assistant professor and Director of the Traditional BSN Program at the Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation at Arizona State University. Her clinical experience includes hemodialysis in the outpatient and inpatient settings and nursing leadership. She is currently pursuing her fourth nursing degree, a DNP with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner emphasis. Erica's research interests include nursing workforce development, psychoplastogens to treat mental health disorders and preparation of prelicensure students for practice in diverse settings.

| Hello! My name is Luci Hanus. I have been an RN for the past 41 years, and a member of ANA since 2009. I have a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing and Sociology and a Master’s in Nursing and Education from GCU and NAU respectively. I worked primarily in the Operating Room since my graduation from Nursing School in 1979 with my last position as a Clinical Education Specialist for Perioperative Services until my retirement from hospital nursing in 2013. I have taught at Grand Canyon University since 2008 as Adjunct Faculty for the RN-BSN program. I have been involved in many AzNA symposiums and Bi-Annual Conventions between 2009 and 2015 as part of the education committee. I was additionally the Greater Phoenix Chapter 1 – Education Director between 2013-2015. I was additionally a member of the CE approval committee. I was actively involved in AORN while I was a OR nurse/educator and served on numerous National Committees with them. I have presented numerous papers and posters throughout my nursing career, and assisted with the writing and development of the AORN Primer for Undergraduate Perioperative Education. | | Lorena Smith, RN, MSN-L | Director of Education |  | Lorena Smith has been a Registered nurse for 21 years. I graduated in 2003 with my ADN from Scottsdale Community College. I obtained my BSN in 2005 from Grand Canyon University and my MSN-Leadership with an emphasis in healthcare systems also from Grand Canyon University in 2014.
My clinical background has been in Critical Care (ICU, OR, ED) and Ambulatory-(/Endo/Infusion/PICC line).
My nurse leadership experience has spanned the last 11 years and has included the following positions: Manager of the Emergency Department, Director of Education, RN Clinical Director-Acute Care Informatics, Simulation Director, and currently Dean of the Accelerated BSN program for Brookline College.
I am currently pursuing my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Chamberlain University with an expected graduation date of October 2025.

I have over 14 years of critical care nursing experience, specifically in the Emergency Department, Trauma Room and Intensive Care Unit. Currently, I serve as the Director for the MS Nursing programs, previously serving as the RN-B/CEP director. I am a certified nurse educator and have extensive experience in online nursing education. I have two abused cats that I've adopted. | | Jen Johnson MSN, BSN, RN | Director-At-Large |  | Jen Johnson joined the Gateway Nursing Continuing Education team in 2019. She is a native Arizonan and Gateway Community College Nursing Alumni. Jen completed her Masters in Nursing from Northern Arizona University. Prior to joining Gateway Community College, Jen worked in Nursing Education in the hospital setting where she developed a LOVE for healthcare simulation. Jen serves her community as a volunteer for the Maricopa County Department of Public Health and also serves in a Director at Large position for Arizona Nurses Association Nurse Educator Chapter.
