AzNA Chapter 6 Future Nurse Educator Scholarship
A one-time $700 scholarship to a nursing student enrolled in a graduate program with a nursing education focus.
Requirements:
Must be an AzNA member at time of application
Must be enrolled (full-time or part-time) in a graduate degree program with a nursing education focus.
Must be in good academic standing with a GPA of ≥ 3.0.
Must submit the required application and documentation by deadline.
AzNA Chapter 6 Educator Seeking Higher Degree Scholarship
A one-time $700 scholarship to a nursing faculty individual enrolled in a graduate (MSN or DNP/PhD) program.
Requirements:
Must be an AzNA member at time of application.
Must be an AzNA Chapter 6 member at time of application.
Must be enrolled (full-time or part-time) in a graduate degree program.
Must be employed (full-time or part-time) as a faculty member in a nursing school/college.
Must have plans to continue as nursing faculty after graduation from graduate program.
Must be in good academic standing with a GPA of ≥ 3.0.
Must submit the required application and documentation by deadline.

Applications will start to be accepted June 1st
Scholarship Application closed August 22nd

The Nurse Educator Chapter 6 promotes high standards and excellence in nursing education. The purpose of the Nurse Educator Chapter is to mentor and support the professional growth and development of nurse educators across practice and
academic settings. Our strengths lie in the individual work we do as a chapter within AzNA, as well as our collaboration with other professional organizations to meet our mission, vision and values. We serve nurses in Arizona with
a passion for education and preparing our workforce with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes for successful transition to the professional role.

Scholarship Information
- The Future Nurse Educator Scholarship is for AzNA members who are

The Educator Seeking a Higher Degree Scholarship is for Chapter 6 members
who are current nursing faculty, enrolled (full-time or part-time) in
a graduate degree
program, and plan to continue as nursing faculty after graduation.
We will offer these scholarships again in Fall 2025. The cycle opens June 1st and runs through August 22nd, so be on the lookout for more information.
